Mrs Claus’ Toy Factory
Mrs. Claus runs the North Pole’s biggest operation. Step into her office and discover the magic behind the scenes.
Jordyn the Elf’s Mail Room
Inside the factory, Jordyn the Elf is checking the Naughty & Nice List twice. Find out which list you’re on, and leave a wish of your own.
Jackie Frost’s Glam Room
Get glam with Jackie Frost and strike a pose.
The Queens of Winter Closet
The Frosted Queens open their private wardrobe for the first time. Peek inside.
Ginger’s Bakery

Tickets
General admission from $35 plus fees. 3 and under free. Each visit is about 60 minutes. Session times and holiday hours are on the ticket page.
Private Events and Groups
Host your holiday party at the North Pole.
Office holiday parties, birthdays, networking nights, and team outings. Book the Holiday Bar for your group or take over the whole Wonderland. Private events are available on select days and evenings. Please inquire for more information.
